Probation services
Ending supervision early is not the only thing a court can be asked to do. These are the other probation matters we handle — each with its own requirements, its own process and its own realistic outcomes.
Moving from reporting supervision to a non-reporting status. Often achievable where full discharge is not.
Changing a single condition that no longer fits, without ending supervision — curfews, treatment, contact terms, payment plans.
Approval to travel out of county or out of state for work, family or a specific trip, while supervision continues.
Changing your approved residence within Florida, and getting the new address approved before you move.
Moving supervision to another state under the Interstate Compact. A process with its own requirements, not an automatic right.
Community control is a stricter form of supervision than probation, governed differently. Ending or easing it is a separate question.
Responding to an alleged violation, including warrants issued without bond. Time-sensitive.
Handled separately, with its own eligibility factors and process.
Florida state supervision only
Everything on this site concerns probation and community control imposed by a Florida state court. Federal supervised release is a different system — different statutes, different courts, different procedures — and nothing here should be applied to it. If your sentence came from a federal district court, you need advice from someone practising in that court.
Not sure which of these applies?
Bring the judgment and sentence and the written conditions of probation. Which request makes sense usually becomes obvious from those two documents. Request a consultation or start with an eligibility review.

Tell us the county, the offense and roughly how much of the term is served. We will tell you whether an early termination motion is worth filing now, later, or not at all.
